The report of DNA ploidy assay to identify ovarian and borderline ovarian tumors is rare. In order to explore the differences of DNA in aneuploidy (DA) between early ovarian cancer and borderline ovarian cancer and the relationship between DA and clinical malignancy, we analyzed the DNA ploidy types of fresh and paraffin-embedded tissues.
