维护互联网的健康发展,是党和政府以及广大网民的共同利益所在,政府要依法管理,网民要严格自律,双方都不超越法律的底线,这样才能平衡好各方的利益,维护好网络的正常秩序。
Maintaining the healthy development of the Internet is the common interest of the party and government as well as the majority of Internet users. The government should administer according to law and netizens should exercise strict self-discipline. Both sides should not surpass the law’s bottom line so as to balance the interests of all parties and safeguard the normal network order.
