介绍了废电解液除杂制取硫酸铜和粗镍的主要工艺条件及试验结果。在废电解液中加入CH80调节pH值到一定范围后,再加入CH64将电解液中Fe2+等杂质除去,铁的去除率可达到94%~98%。然后向滤液中加入CH80调节pH值沉淀铜。过滤后的滤饼用H2SO4溶解后再结晶,可得到CuSO4·5H2O晶体。滤液中加入Na2CO3沉淀镍,过滤后的滤饼即为粗镍(NiCO3)。铜和镍的回收率分别达96%和90%。该流程简单,投资少,效益高,环境保护好,在工业上有较广的应用前景。
The main process conditions and test results for the removal of copper sulfate and nickel from waste electrolyte are introduced. Add CH80 in the waste electrolyte to adjust pH value to a certain range, then add CH64 to remove impurities such as Fe2 + in the electrolyte, and the removal rate of iron can reach 94% -98%. CH80 was then added to the filtrate to adjust the pH to precipitate copper. The filtered cake is dissolved with H2SO4 and recrystallized to obtain CuSO4 · 5H2O crystals. The filtrate was added Na2CO3 precipitation of nickel, the filter cake is filtered crude nickel (NiCO3). Copper and nickel recoveries were 96% and 90% respectively.
