The European sovereign debt crisis fermented in 2011 and the U.S. credit rating was downgraded. It only experienced a one-year recovery process in the world economy, as if it fell into a quagmire of the financial crisis in a new way. Against the backdrop of a more complex and ever-changing world economy, China’s foreign trade still held high in 2011. For the first time, the total value of imports and exports exceeded 3 trillion U.S. dollars, reaching 3.64 trillion U.S. dollars. In particular, under the condition of sluggish external demand, the scale of China’s exports in that year still increased by 20.3% to 1.8986 trillion U.S. dollars.
