学生犯错误后,教师的批评不是终极目的,而是一种促使其改正错误的教育手段。心理学告诉我们: 人们习惯上总是爱听好话,恭维话, 而把批评看作贬义的,所以听到批评后,感情上不免发怒、不平、焦虑等,也往往会使批评者与被批评者之间产生隔阂、矛盾甚至怨恨等。作为教师,要想办法消除这种由批评带来的副作用,进而使之产生积极作用,除了批评要实事求是,掌握分寸和时机、注意方式方法外,还要努力作好批评的善后工作。
After a student makes a mistake, the teacher’s criticism is not the ultimate goal, but an educational method that prompts him to correct his mistakes. Psychology tells us: People are always used to listening to good things, compliments, and viewing criticism as pejorative. Therefore, after hearing criticism, emotional anger, injustice, anxiety, etc., often leads critics and critics. There are gaps, contradictions and even resentment among the others. As teachers, we must think of ways to eliminate such side effects brought about by criticism, and then make them have a positive effect. In addition to criticism, we must seek truth from facts, grasp the sense of proportion and timing, attention to methods and methods, but also work hard to do a good job of criticism.
