分别用含 005% 、05% 和 5% T P A 染毒 S D 大鼠 9 0 天,实验发现,05 % 、5% 剂量组均有肾脏和膀胱结石发生。05% 剂量组膀胱和肾脏结石发病率分别为 10% (2 /20)和 5% (1/20), 5% 剂量组膀胱和肾结石发病率分别为 55%(11/20) 和 25% ( 5/20)。膀胱和肾脏结石发病率存在明显的性别差异。05% 、5% 剂量组雌性大鼠均未发现肾脏结石,雄性大鼠发病率分别为 10% ( 1/10)、5 0% (5/1 0)。05% 剂量组雌性大鼠未见膀胱结石,5% 剂量组雌性大鼠发现 2 例,雄性大鼠 05% 、5% 剂量组膀胱结石发病率分别为 20% (2/10) 、90% ( 9/10)。膀胱结石中最大的一块重 5 51m g,粒径 396×402m m 。肾脏结石中最大的一块重 4 76m g ,粒径 396 ×374m m 。
S D rats were exposed to 005%, 05% and 5% T P A for 90 days, respectively. It was found in the 05%, 5% dose groups that kidney and bladder stones occurred. The incidence of bladder and kidney stones was 0% (2/20) and 5% (1/20) in 05% and 55% (11/20) respectively in 5% and 25% (5/20). There was a significant gender difference in the incidence of bladder and kidney stones. 05%, 5% of the female rats were not found in the kidney stones, the incidence of male rats were 10% (1/10), 50% (5/1 0).
