本文列举了近年来省级农科院在科研结构调整中所取得的进展和存在的问题。提出了科研结构调整要遵循系统性原则、农业科研发展规律的原则、市场需要的原则及调动科研人员积极性的原则。在做好总体安排的前提下，要调整好三类研究结构、产前产中产后研究结构、种养加研究结构、“硬技术”与“软技术”研究结构及不同层次学科研究结构。最后提出了省级农科院科研结构调整的对策和措施。
This article lists the progress and problems in the scientific research structure adjustment of provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences in recent years. Put forward the principle that the adjustment of scientific research structure should follow the principle of systematicness, the law of development of agricultural science and research, the principle of market need and the enthusiasm of scientific researchers. Under the premise of overall arrangement, three types of research structures, prenatal and postnatal research structures, planting and raising plus research structures, research structures for “hard technology” and “soft technologies” and research structures for different levels of disciplines should be adjusted. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures and measures of the scientific research structure adjustment of provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
