随着高校研究生数量的增加,研究生的培养质量已成为社会关注的问题。文章探讨了从加强研究生入学教育、论文的选题、开题、中期审查到答辩各个培养环节的管理,在高校内部建立一套完善可行的过程管理质量控制体系,转变管理模式,变目标管理为过程管理,保障并提高研究生的培养质量。
