健心康是由山麦冬、毛冬青、瓜蒌三味中药组成的复方中药制剂,给麻醉猫静脉注射健心康1.5g/kg,使LVP,+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax分别降低29.79%、23.75%,34.87%;t-dp/dtmax延长18.60%;LVEDP增加23.54%,CO、CI、SI分别增加34.16%、35.35%、39.6%,BP下降110.81%;TPVR、MVO2I、TTI、LVWI分别下降222.03%、130.65%、89.46%、52.83%;HR轻度减慢。本品0.5g/kg,iv后使CO、SI、CI分别增加17.1%、21.88%、15.96%;Bp下降58.73%;TPVR、MVO2I、TTI、LVWI分别降低90.48%、67.78%、47.9%、34.28%;t-dp/dtmax延长14.97%。其它血流动力学参数无明显改变。复方丹参注射液1.5g/kg,iv后,对上述血流动力学参数无明显影响。结果表明,健心康在明显降低氧耗的情况下,能显著提高心脏的泵血功能,说明本品具有很好的抗心肌缺血作用。
