健心康是由山麦冬、毛冬青、瓜蒌三味中药组成的复方中药制剂，给麻醉猫静脉注射健心康１．５ｇ／ｋｇ，使ＬＶＰ，＋ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ、－ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ分别降低２９．７９％、２３．７５％，３４．８７％；ｔ－ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ延长１８．６０％；ＬＶＥＤＰ增加２３．５４％，ＣＯ、ＣＩ、ＳＩ分别增加３４．１６％、３５．３５％、３９．６％，ＢＰ下降１１０．８１％；ＴＰＶＲ、ＭＶＯ２Ｉ、ＴＴＩ、ＬＶＷＩ分别下降２２２．０３％、１３０．６５％、８９．４６％、５２．８３％；ＨＲ轻度减慢。本品０．５ｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｖ后使ＣＯ、ＳＩ、ＣＩ分别增加１７．１％、２１．８８％、１５．９６％；Ｂｐ下降５８．７３％；ＴＰＶＲ、ＭＶＯ２Ｉ、ＴＴＩ、ＬＶＷＩ分别降低９０．４８％、６７．７８％、４７．９％、３４．２８％；ｔ－ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ延长１４．９７％。其它血流动力学参数无明显改变。复方丹参注射液１．５ｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｖ后，对上述血流动力学参数无明显影响。结果表明，健心康在明显降低氧耗的情况下，能显著提高心脏的泵血功能，说明本品具有很好的抗心肌缺血作用。
