为了根据党和国家在过渡时期的总路线及二届全国司法会议决议精神,检查总结一九五三年的工作,布置一九五四年的工作,并具体安排今年第二季度的工作,我们于四月五日至十日召开了各市院,分院院长会议。通过会议着重解决了以下几个问题: 一、关于深入工矿企业、交通运输与互助合作为经济建设服务的问题去年二届全省司法会议以后,特别是学习了党和国家在过渡时期的总路线与彭真副主任关于政法工作的报告以后,各级法院认识到为了从司法方面保障国家经济建设,必须深入到工矿企业、互助合作以及其他财经工作部门中去开展业务,为经济建设服务。因此,去年后半年以后,在增产节约、自查补报、粮食统购统销、农村生产与基层普选等各项运动中,一般都能在党政统一领导下,主动订出计划,组织专门力量,派出巡回法庭,配合有关部门,深入到各项运动与中心工作中去及时发现与处理问题。从而,发挥了审判武器的积极作用,有力地保障了各个时期中心任务的顺利完成,取得了党政领导对司法工作的进一步重视与支持,密切了法院与广大群众的联系。但是在保障经济建设方面还存
