传统的教学方式目前在农村依然大行其道,表现形式主要是满堂灌、填鸭式,这种方式的弊端是以老师的思维代替学生的思维,往往是学生跟不上老师的思路,造成的结果就是学生消化不了所学的内容,循环往复,越填越多,最后不堪重负,导致厌学。因此,传统的教学方式已经不能适应新课改的发展需求,尤其是数学的教学方式。数学有其本身的特点,枯燥,乏味,抽象而不具体。农村初中的数学教学方法,更有改进的迫切需要,基于此,提出的教学方法是“自主探究,合作交流”的模式化学习,学习重在优化方法,提高学习效率,有效推进素质教育。
