介绍了一台“形状记忆合金差温循环试验装置”。该装置具有多种功能。适用于各种形状记忆合金及元件在冷热交替的两种温度下作往复循环处理。可作形状记忆效应冷热疲劳衰减的测定,亦可作双向形状记忆效应的训练。用本装置对 TiNi 基记忆合金和铜基记忆合金弹簧进行了差温循环处理和记忆性能疲劳衰减的测定,得出了满意的结果。
Introduced a “shape memory alloy differential temperature cycle test device.” The device has many functions. Applicable to a variety of shape memory alloy and components alternating hot and cold at two temperatures for reciprocating cycle. Shape memory effect can be used for the determination of thermal fatigue attenuation, but also for two-way shape memory effect training. The TiNi-based memory alloy and the copper-based memory alloy spring were subjected to the differential temperature cycling treatment and the fatigue degradation of the memory performance by the apparatus, and the satisfactory results were obtained.
