沈阳音乐学院南校区为适应社会需求,与国际舞蹈发展相接轨,建立了辽宁省首家现代舞系,设有现代舞编创兼表演专业。该系以培养现代舞专业性及推广现代舞普及性人才为目标,以发展现代舞专业及提高人们对现代舞理解和欣赏水平为宗旨,秉承科学发展的态度,合理结合并运用“三元”教学法,打造具备现代舞创作能力、表演能力及鉴赏能力为一体的应用复合型现代舞人才。课程设置方面重视结合中、西方舞蹈教学特色,强调以科学的方法进行课程与课程之间的相互支撑,将教学与社会实践活动紧密衔接起来,使学生在校期间通过创作实践、演出实践、社会实践等,提高自身的综合能力。本专业通过以下课程达到培养学生四方面的能力,一是培养学生身体技术
