门诊病案姓名索引是医院信息系统的基本内容,也是识别患者的唯一资料,由于患者基本信息收集不全、姓名虚假,导致患者日后就医或住院出现麻烦。解决问题的对策是要从建立门诊姓名索引做起,严格执行患者就诊实名制,杜绝随意更改姓名索引、健全满足需求的索引卡、规范更改流程、强化质量管理、增强法律意识,以期更好地为广大患者,为医疗、教学、科研提供有价值的信息资料。
