目的 探讨心电图普萘洛尔鉴别试验安全性 ,为飞行人员健康鉴定提供参考。 方法 分析 179例男性飞行人员普萘洛尔试验阳性的心电图和临床体检资料。结果 试验剂量普萘洛尔仅引起心率减慢 ,使非特异性T波改变恢复正常 ,对心电图其他波段无明显影响 ,未见急性窦房结功能不全或房室传导阻滞等不良反应。心率减慢程度与按体重给予的普萘洛尔剂量间无明显的相关性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但与试验前心率快慢程度呈一定的正相关性 (r =0 6 7,t=9 80 ,P <0 0 1)。即试验前心率越快 ,试验后心率降低越明显 ,反之则降低程度较轻 ,以试验后心率降低 10~ 19次 /min较多见 (45 8% )。 结论 经选择试验对象 ,普萘洛尔试验用于飞行人员非特异性T波改变鉴别具有很高的安全性。
Objective To investigate the safety of the propranolol test in electrocardiogram and provide a reference for the health evaluation of pilots. Methods 179 cases of male pilots propranolol test positive ECG and clinical examination data. Results The experimental dose of propranolol caused only a slow heart rate, so that non-specific T wave changes returned to normal, no significant effect on other ECG bands, no acute sinus node dysfunction or atrioventricular block and other adverse reactions. There was no significant correlation between the degree of heart rate slowdown and the propranolol dose given by body weight (P> 0.05), but there was a positive correlation between the degree of heart rate and heart rate (r = 0 6 7, t = 9 80, P <0 0 1). That is, the faster the heart rate before the test, the more obvious the heart rate decreases after the test, and the lesser the degree of decrease after the test. After the test, the heart rate decreases 10 to 19 times / min (45.8%). CONCLUSION: The selected test subjects and propranolol test have high safety for identifying non-specific T wave changes in pilots.
