目的探讨开江县流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)蚊媒种群动态变化和分布特征,为乙脑防治工作提供科学依据。方法 2011年5-9月在开江县乙脑流行区选择稻田、畜圈、人房各3个点,每半月监测1次,每次每个点各捕蚊15min,将捕获蚊虫进行种类鉴定。结果 5-9月共捕获蚊虫4734只,平均密度为210.4只/人工小时,其中稻田、畜圈、人房分别为247.3、267.7和114.3只/人工小时。稻田捕蚊1855只,其中三带喙库蚊占93.21%,致倦库蚊占5.55%;畜圈捕蚊2023只,其中三带喙库蚊占44.04%,致倦库蚊和中华按蚊分别占33.81%和22.15%;人房捕蚊856只,其中致倦库蚊占72.20%,三带喙库蚊占22.08%。稻田三带喙库蚊密度高峰出现在6月上旬和下旬(570.7和583.3只/人工小时),畜圈高峰出现在7月下旬(265.3只/人工小时)和9月下旬(533.3只/人工小时),人房高峰出现在8月上旬(70.7只/人工小时)。结论开江县稻田和畜圈以三带喙库蚊为主,人房以致倦库蚊为主,乙脑发病高峰季节与稻田和畜圈三带喙库蚊密度分布一致。
Objective To explore the dynamic changes and distribution characteristics of mosquito vectors of Japanese encephalitis (JE) in Kaijiang County, and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of JE. Methods From May to September in 2011, 3 sites of paddy field, livestock ring and human house were selected in JE endemic area of Kaijiang County, and monitored every half moon for one month. Each mosquito was collected for 15 minutes at each point, and species of mosquitoes were captured . Results A total of 4734 mosquitoes were caught from May to September, with an average density of 210.4 / artificial hour, of which 247.3, 267.7 and 114.3 artificial / artificial horizons respectively. There were 1855 mosquitoes in paddy field, of which 93.21% were Culex tritaeniorhynchus and 5.55% were Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus, 2023 were trapped in the pens, among which Curtis trifoliatus accounted for 44.04%, Culex pipiens pallens and Anopheles sinensis respectively Accounting for 33.81% and 22.15% respectively; 856 mosquitoes were found in human houses, of which 72.20% were Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus and 22.08% were Culex tritaeniorhynchus. The peak density of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in paddy field appeared in early and late June (570.7 and 583.3 / artificial hour), and the poultry ring peak appeared in late July (265.3 / artificial hour) and late September (533.3 / artificial hour ), Homicide peak appeared in early August (70.7 / artificial hour). Conclusions The population of Cukui mainly dominated in paddy field and livestock farm in Kaijiang County. The population of Cx.pipiens pallens mainly dominated. The peak season of Japanese encephalitis was consistent with the density distribution of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in paddy field and livestock farm.
