近年来,随着城市化进程的快速发展,起重机械的使用越来越普遍,从普通物件的搬运到大型设备的吊装,起重机械已经成为制约工程进度、成本和安全的关键因素。国家应允许和鼓励多种管理模式的建筑起重机械租赁企业共存,积极探索和建立信用评价的动态管理机制,公正、客观、及时地反映租赁企业的实际状况。
In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization, the use of lifting machinery is becoming more and more common. From general handling of objects to lifting of large equipment, lifting machinery has become a key factor that restricts the progress, cost and safety of the project. Countries should allow and encourage a variety of management modes of construction crane rental companies coexist, and actively explore and establish a dynamic management mechanism for credit evaluation, fair, objective and timely reflection of the actual situation of leasing companies.
