目的了解深圳市南山区各级医疗机构消毒灭菌质量,为加强控制院内感染工作提供依据。方法采用现场抽样和检测方法,对各级医疗机构不同对象的消毒与灭菌质量进行检测。结果医疗机构消毒质量总合格率为95.3%,市级医院、区/街道级医院、私营医院、社区健康服务中心和个体诊所的合格率分别为98.8%、96.3%、95.8%9、4.4%和90.4%。不同检测对象中,医护人员手和污水合格率较低,分别为88.2%和87.5%。结论南山区医疗机构总体消毒质量良好,但医护人员手与医院污水的消毒质量合格率偏低。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection and sterilization of medical institutions at all levels in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, and to provide basis for strengthening the control of nosocomial infection. Methods On-site sampling and testing methods were used to test the disinfection and sterilization quality of different objects in medical institutions at all levels. Results The total qualified rate of disinfection in medical institutions was 95.3%. The pass rates of municipal hospitals, district / sub-district hospitals, private hospitals, community health service centers and individual clinics were 98.8%, 96.3%, 95.8% and 9.4.4%, respectively 90.4%. Among the different test subjects, the pass rate of hand and sewage of medical staff is relatively low, 88.2% and 87.5% respectively. Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of medical institutions in Nanshan District is good, but the pass rate of disinfection quality of hand and hospital sewage of medical staff is low.
