新疆地域辽阔、少数民族众多、化积淀丰厚、旅游资源天时地利、有着旅游业发展得天独厚的优势。但因可持续发展观念浅薄,一些单位和个人单纯追求经济效益盲目开发,滥用旅游资源,因此在新疆频频出现沙尘暴,旅游景区环境恶化,民族文化淡化等一系列问题。旅游业本身的“朝阳产业”、“永续性产业”、“旅游业的周期性”等决定了可持续性旅游是新疆旅游业发展的必然选择。
With its vast territory, numerous ethnic minorities, rich deposits and rich natural resources, Xinjiang enjoys unique advantages in tourism development. However, due to the shallow concept of sustainable development, some units and individuals blindly pursue economic development blindly exploit and abuse tourism resources. Therefore, a series of problems such as sandstorms, worsening of the environment of tourist attractions and national culture are frequent in Xinjiang. The tourism industry itself “sunrise industry ”, “sustainable industry ”, “cyclical tourism ” and so on determines the sustainable tourism is the inevitable choice for the development of tourism in Xinjiang.
