建筑胶中存在的丙烯酰胺(AM)单体,其危害性逐渐引起人们的关注,但对其含量的快速检测研究却相对较少。以甲醇-水混合溶剂为AM的提取液、异丁醇为内标物,采用恒温振荡提取目标物,并运用气相色谱(GC)法(配FID检测器)和峰面积内标法建立了定量快速检测建筑胶中AM含量的方法。研究结果表明:该方法的检出限为0.002 g/kg,加标回收率为97.0%~103.0%,测量不确定度为0.006 g/kg;建筑胶中AM含量的快速检测结果,可为未来相关标准的制定提供技术支持。
Acrylamide (AM) monomers present in constructional adhesives have drawn increasing attention because of their dangers, but relatively few studies have been conducted on the detection of their contents. A methanol-water mixed solvent was extracted from AM, and isobutyl alcohol was used as internal standard.
