[目的]探索沙棘果渣中黄酮的绿色提取新方法。[方法]以9.4%的二甲基酰胺(DMF)为传热介质,沙棘果渣在微波辐射下,经酸水解成黄酮苷元,以槲皮素为标准品,用紫外和高效液相色谱定性定量分析检测。[结果]此法能高效方便的提取出沙棘中的黄酮,提取率为0.018%。[结论]微波提取沙棘果渣中黄酮工艺简单易行,生产成本较低,采取本文方法提取黄酮具有广阔的前景。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore a new method of green extraction of flavonoids from Seabuckthorn fruit residue. [Method] With 9.4% dimethylamide (DMF) as the heat transfer medium, the sea buckthorn pomace was hydrolyzed to flavonoid aglycone under the microwave radiation. Quercetin was used as the standard substance and analyzed by ultraviolet and high performance liquid chromatography Qualitative and quantitative analysis and detection. [Result] The method could extract flavonoids from Hippophae rhamnoides efficiently and conveniently. The extraction rate was 0.018%. [Conclusion] Microwave extraction of Flavonoids from Seabuckthorn fruit residue was simple and easy, and the production cost was low. The extraction of flavonoids by this method has broad prospects.
