我厂生产的3M4750钢球研磨机中的关键零件——活塞杆(图1),材料采用40Cr钢锻件,强度高(б_b=8000~10000kgf/cm~2)、韧性好。原来加工工艺是先用ф50mm接长钻调头钻孔,然后再用单头刀排扩孔至尺寸。切削时,断屑困难,刀具损耗大,需要不断更换刀具和移动尾架。工人劳动强度大,质量不能保证,生产率低,每根耗工时20多小时。现在,我们采用外排屑深孔套料。实践证明,加工质量好,省工省料。目前每根耗工时仅3小时,劳
