患者,男,23岁,因发热、头痛和全身不适20天于1990年10月6日入院。查体:T40.3℃,P100次/分,R18次/分,BP17.5/9.5kPa,心肺无异常,肝肋下3cm,质中,无压痛,脾肋下0.5cm,质中。神经系统检查:意识清楚,颅神经无异常,肌力、肌张力及腱反射正常,深、浅感觉无障碍,脑膜刺激征阴性,病理征阴性。既往无神经、精神病史。实验室检查:血、尿常规及肝、肾功能均正常,肥达氏反应阳性(O1∶80阳性、H1∶320阳性),血培养伤寒杆菌生长,诊断为伤寒。用甲氟
