本文介绍了我国环保法律体系的四个特点、作用,指出了目前存在的不足,提出了通过立法、执法完善我国的环保法律体系的措施。
This paper introduces the four characteristics and functions of environmental law system in our country, points out the existing problems and puts forward the measures to improve our country ’s environmental law system through legislation and law enforcement.
