在改革开放的发展进程中,工会始终是朝着民主化、公平化的方向发展。公平、民主是企业工作的核心,在这一氛围下开展各项工作不仅能够有效的促进企业的发展,还能规范企业内部的管理,做到内外双修。企业是我国发展进程中不可或缺的一部分,同时,工会又是企业内部的一个重要部门,因此可以推断出工会对于我国经济的发展是具有重要作用的。在社会发展的进程中,国家有人民代表大会,社区有居民委员会,而企业则是企业工会,这些常见的公会形式共同构成了国家、社区以及企业的共同发展,为我国的进一步发展建设做出了重要的贡献,因此,本文重点从工会的功能出发,进行详细的论述,并且对企业中的工会如何进行有效的民主管理提出了独到的见解,希望能够为相关的管理工作提供帮助。
