家住上海黄浦区的王千鑫老人,虽然已至期颐之寿,但背不驼,腰不弯,一双眼睛出奇的明亮,思路也清晰得令人称奇。日前,笔者来到王老的住处,专程采访了老人,发现老人的健康长寿和他所奉行的“乐则长寿”有着密切的关系。王千鑫老人出生于1907年2月,早年就读于上海的教会学校“清心男中”。可以说,“清心”二字,也是老人一生的真实写照。
