本文通过对当前中国经济发展中诸多现实问题进行剖析,揭示了中国经济发展中的一些阶段性特征。这些特征很多都呈现长期性,它们是影响中国经济进一步发展的中、长期因素,短期中难以扭转。同时,本文也从宏观的角度对影响目前中国经济增长的短期因素进行了分析。这些长、短期因素叠加在一起,它们的共同作用和相互影响,使得当前我国经济陷于一种相当困难的局面。这种局面决定了中国宏观经济在今天乃至今后一个较长的时期都将面临稳增长、调结构、控通胀等多重目标。
This article analyzes many current realities in China’s economic development and reveals some of the characteristics of China’s economic development. Many of these characteristics are long-term. They are the mid- and long-term factors that affect the further development of China’s economy and are hard to reverse in the short term. At the same time, this article also analyzes the short-term factors that affect China’s current economic growth from a macro perspective. These long-term and short-term factors are superimposed together. Their common action and mutual influence have made the current economy of our country in a rather difficult situation. This situation determines that China’s macroeconomy will face the multiple goals of steady growth, structural adjustment and inflation control at a long time today and in the future.
