为探讨近自然经营对千年桐林地土壤酶活性的影响规律,在近自然经营和常规经营的千年桐生态林中分别选取3块样地,于每块样地中取土样测定其土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、酸性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶及多酚氧化酶活性。结果表明,近自然经营的千年桐林5种土壤酶的活性均高于常规经营的千年桐林,其中脲酶和多酚氧化酶活性显著增强。千年桐近自然经营可提高林地土壤质量,有效解决人工林经营产生的土壤问题,可在近自然林业经营中推广应用。
In order to explore the effect of near-natural management on the activity of soil enzymes in Millennial forest, three plots were selected from the ecological management of Millettia apetala forest near natural management and conventional management. The soil urease, Sucrase, Acid Phosphatase, Catalase and Polyphenol Oxidase Activity. The results showed that the activities of soil enzymes in the five millet trees near the natural site were all higher than those of T. millet forest under conventional management, and the activities of urease and polyphenol oxidase were significantly increased. Millettia close to natural management can improve the quality of forest soil, effectively solve the soil problems caused by plantation management, can be applied in the near natural forestry management.
