山东省乒乓球学校作为一所集体教结合为一体的素质加特长教育的学校,经过八年运作,在“学知识,学技能,学做人”的“三学”教育方针指导下,不仅为各省队输送大批优秀乒乓球苗子,而且通过和大专院校的校校合作等形式,为培养高素质高学历高技能的服务于社会的乒乓球技能人才方面闯出一条新路。在中国积极探索教育改革的今天,有其积极的借鉴意义。
