采用不完全双列杂交法 ,对普通玉米 4个品质性状 (淀粉、油分、蛋白质、赖氨酸含量 )的GCA和SCA及其相关进行了分析。同一品质性状不同亲本的GCA差异较大 ,同一自交系不同品质性状的GCA也有差异 ,同一品质性状因组合不同而SCA也不一样。亲本自交系的GCA和SCA对杂种的品质性状有重要作用 ,二者不能相互代替
Incomplete diallel cross hybridization was used to analyze the GCA and SCA of four quality traits (starch, oil, protein and lysine content) in common maize. GCA of different parents of the same quality trait is quite different, GCA of different quality traits of the same inbred line is also different, and the same quality trait is different because of the combination of different SCA. GCA and SCA of parental inbred lines play an important role in the quality traits of hybrids, and the two can not replace each other
