扫除文盲年年抓,年年搞,但从何处着手,才能取得卓著成效?十几年来的工作实践,使我认识到开启扫科盲的机器,推动扫除文盲的轮子转,扫科盲与扫文盲并举,两者有机结合,互为利用,相互促进,不失为一条有效途径。在农村要扫除文盲实在难,难就难在资金少,教员差,场所缺,时间短,联产承包,人员分散,更难的是多数文盲学文化的积极性不高,缺乏“扫除文盲”的启动力。动力缺乏的原因有多种:记性不行,或儿女缠身,或没有时间,而最主要的是,脑子里“读书
