在诸多的酞菁铜(Pc Cu)晶型中,X-PcCu是光敏性较好的一种。我们在研究α-PcCu蒸发膜电导特性的基础上,用低真空快速升华法制备的X-Pc Cu制成Ag(—)/X-PcCu/SnO_2(+)夹心池,获得了较好的光暗比。在17.7 mW/cm~2的光强下(白炽W灯),2×10~5V/cm的场强时甚至可达3个量级(光电流达1.1×10~(-3)A/cm~2左右)。若把它分散在有机玻璃(PMMA)中成膜,在同样光强下,光暗比也可达2个数量级以上。此类分散在高分子溶液中的X-酞菁铜成膜方便,韧性好,便于实际使用。
