目的研究粉团蔷薇Rosa multiflora var.cathayensis根的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、HPLC等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,并根据化合物的理化性质和光谱分析进行结构鉴定。结果从粉团蔷薇根的醋酸乙酯及二氯甲烷提取部位中分离得到了9个三萜类化合物,分别鉴定为粉团蔷薇甲苷(1)、阿江榄仁尼酸(2)、1β-羟基蔷薇酸(3)、阿江榄仁亭(4)、构莓苷F_1(5)、蔷薇酸(6)、委陵菜酸(7)、千花木酸(8)、野蔷薇苷(9)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为粉团蔷薇甲苷;所有化合物均为首次从粉团蔷薇根中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of roots of Rosa multiflora var.cathayensis. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and HPLC column chromatography. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis of the compounds. Results Nine triterpenoids were isolated from the extracts of Rosa rugosa root, ethyl acetate and methylene chloride, and identified as triterpenoid glycosides (1), aconitine (2), 1β-hydroxy Rosmarinic acid (3), Allergan Pavilion (4), Fragrance F_1 (5), Rose acid (6), Potentilla acid (7), Chimonanthum acid (8), wild rose glycosides (9). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named Rosa henizide. All the compounds were isolated from Rosa rugosa root for the first time.
