表皮样囊肿是人体内少见的畸胎类肿瘤,常发生于颅内或中耳乳突。发生于骶髂骨内的表皮样囊肿则罕见,国内仅见一例报告。我院发现一例骶髂骨占位病变的患者,经穿刺证实为表皮样囊肿,现报告如下。 病例资料:患者,男性,43岁,左侧臀部的中线处肿块,伴疼痛半年余。X线检查示左髂骨呈膨胀性改变,可见皂泡状骨质破坏区。CT检查示:左骶髂骨交界处占位性病变,以骼骨为主,呈膨胀性生长,骨皮质变薄,不规则。病变中央呈软组织密度,CT值25～37Hu。病变周围软组织未见侵袭(图
Epidermoid cysts are rare in the human teratoid tumor, often occurs in the intracranial or middle ear mastoid. Occurred in sacroiliac epidermoid cysts are rare, only one case of domestic report. Our hospital found a case of sacroiliac occupying lesions of patients, confirmed by epidermoid cyst puncture, are as follows. Case Information: Patient, male, 43 years old, with a mass at the midline of the left hip with more than six months of pain.
