种源试验是林木遗传育种的基础,是实现高效林业的基本措施。厚朴作为我国珍贵药用植物,其分布范围广,覆盖多种气候特征区域,其种源试验备受关注。不同种源之间在形态特征、生长特性、遗传基础以及药用成分含量等方面均具有显著的差异。该文对目前厚朴种源试验研究成果进行了梳理和总结,并结合当前全球气候变化的实际情况,提出了未来研究的重点方向,以期能够为资源保护、种源选择、管理栽培、遗传改良等生产实践提供指导。
The provenance test is the basis of forest genetic breeding and is the basic measure to achieve efficient forestry. Magnolia officinalis, as a precious medicinal plant in China, has a wide range of distribution and covers a variety of climatic features and its provenance has drawn much attention. There are significant differences in morphological characteristics, growth characteristics, genetic basis and medicinal content between different provenances. In this paper, the current research results of Magnolia officinalis provenance were reviewed and summarized. Combining with the actual situation of global climate change, the paper put forward the key directions for future research, with a view to providing resources for conservation, provenance selection, management cultivation, genetic improvement And other production practices to provide guidance.
