研究了氯化镉、硝酸铅和氯化高汞对缢蛏(Sinonovacula constricta)存活的影响。实验1研究了氯化镉(0.00、1.26、1.58、2.00、2.51、3.16、3.98、5.01和6.31 mg/L)对缢蛏存活的影响,发现随氯化镉水平的升高,缢蛏存活率呈下降趋势;在24、48、72和96h,LC50分别为5.95、3.33、1.58和0.83 mg/L,其安全浓度为0.31 mg/L。实验2研究了硝酸铅(0、100、158、251、398、631和1 000 mg/L)对缢蛏存活的影响,发现随硝酸铅水平的升高,缢蛏存活率呈下降趋势;在24、48、72和96h,LC50分别为754.60、567.83、281.09和169.90mg/L,安全浓度为96.46 mg/L。实验3研究了氯化高汞(0.000、0.102、0.110、0.117、0.126、0.135、0.145和0.155 mg/L)对缢蛏存活的影响,发现随氯化高汞水平的升高,缢蛏存活率呈下降趋势;在24、48、72和96h,LC50分别为0.15、0.14、0.12和0.10 mg/L,安全浓度为0.04 mg/L。
The effects of cadmium chloride, lead nitrate and high-chloride chlorination on the survival of Sinonovacula constricta were studied.
