研究了浓度为155-160g/L Na_2O苛,MR=1.57的纯铝酸钠溶液分解过程中A(OH)_3颗粒的附聚规律,在种子比I为0.2和0.4,分解温度为70℃和 80℃时,Al(OH)_3细颗粒的附聚过程主要是在2—6h完成的。文中讨论了分解温度和种子比对Al(OH)_3颗粒附聚的影响;对Al(OH)_3颗粒的相对强度提出了一种简便的测定方法,并讨论了它们的强度。
The agglomeration regularity of A (OH) 3 particles during the decomposition of sodium aluminate solution with concentration of 155-160 g / L Na 2 O and MR = 1.57 was studied. When the seed ratio I was 0.2 and 0.4, the decomposition temperature was 70 ℃ and At 80 ℃, the agglomeration process of Al (OH) 3 fine particles was mainly completed in 2-6h. The effects of decomposition temperature and seed ratio on the agglomeration of Al (OH) 3 particles were discussed in this paper. A simple and convenient method to determine the relative intensities of Al (OH) 3 particles was proposed and their intensities were discussed.
