针对部分军校学员中存在的求知心理与惰性心理、道义心理与功利心理、认同心理与屈从心理、交往心理与闭锁心理的矛盾冲突,必须具体分析相应的社会心理原因,提出调适心理冲突的有效对策。
Aiming at the contradictions and conflicts between cognitive psychology and inert psychology, moral psychology and utilitarian psychology, identity psychology and submissive psychology, communicative psychology and blocking psychology among some cadets, it is necessary to analyze the corresponding social psychological reasons in detail and propose effective countermeasures to adjust psychological conflicts .
