本文认为中等收入阶段应当正确处理福利赶超与经济赶超的关系,防止不当的福利赶超,坚持经济赶超。本文首先提出了中等收入的概念,并在此基础上分析了经济赶超的逻辑轨迹,接着提出了中等收入陷阱的概念,并分析了福利赶超的逻辑路径,最后以拉美经济发展为例,阐述了中等收入经济体由于过早实施不当福利赶超从而掏空宏观经济最终落入“中等收入陷阱”的逻辑路径,引以为鉴。
This paper argues that the middle-income stage should properly handle the relationship between welfare catch-up and economic catch-up, prevent improper welfare catch-up and insist on economic catch-up. This paper first proposes the concept of middle income, and on this basis, analyzes the logical trajectory of economic catch-up, then puts forward the concept of middle-income trap and analyzes the logical path of welfare catch-up. Finally, taking Latin America’s economic development as an example, Elaborated on the logic path of middle-income economies that catch up with the macroeconomic eventually falling into the “middle income trap” due to the premature implementation of improper welfare catch-up and draw lessons from it.
