白水的泉水流量年变化比较大,一般年份为0.3~2.0米~3/秒,泉水出水孔很多,分布面积广,汇集后流入白水河。为了减少白水河涨水顶托的影响,采用人工筑拦河石堤,抬高水位,石堤长13米,以便于施测流量。在石堤的中部设置双孔薄壁矩型堰,每孔宽为1.0米,中间为0.6×0.8米混凝土墩相隔,堰的尖顶为0.20米,高低水位均为自由出流。在距堰口上游12.0米处设水尺观测水头,各项布置如图(一)所示。

The length of the stone embankment was 13 meters so that the flow rate could be measured. In the middle of the stone embankment set double-hole thin-walled rectangular weir, each hole width of 1.0 meters, the middle of 0.6 × 0.8 meters separated by concrete piers, weir apex of 0.20 meters, the level of the free flow of water. At the distance of 12.0 meters from the upstream of the weir, we set up the water head to observe the water head. The layouts are shown in Figure 1.
