目的通过分析超声诊断的胎儿脐带绕颈假阳性、假阴性病例,探讨误漏诊原因,提出相应的对策,提高超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的符合率。方法回顾性分析了我院超声检查及分娩的孕妇762例,将超声检查结论与产后诊断进行对照。结果762名孕妇超声误诊胎儿脐带绕颈12例;漏诊10例。结论胎儿脐带绕颈误漏诊原因复杂,产前一周内运用正确的检查方法可减少误漏诊,提高超声诊断符合率。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the causes of misdiagnosis by analyzing the false-positive and false-negative cases of umbilical cord around the fetus diagnosed by ultrasound, and to put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the coincidence rate of fetal umbilical cord around the neck by ultrasound. Methods A retrospective analysis of 762 cases of pregnant women in our hospital ultrasound and childbirth, ultrasound findings and postpartum diagnosis were compared. Results 762 pregnant women misdiagnosed fetal cord around the neck in 12 cases; missed diagnosis in 10 cases. Conclusion Fetal umbilical cord around the neck due to misdiagnosis complicated reasons, the use of the correct method of inspection within the week before delivery can reduce misdiagnosis and improve the accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis.
