压裂泵柱塞和盘根的寿命长短,除了其材质和加工精度、正确使用外,关键的还是柱塞和盘根的润滑问题。常常由于润滑不良,使柱塞和盘根的寿命成倍地降低,从而频繁更换柱塞和盘根,影响压裂泵的正常工作,增加维修等辅助时间。为了解决压裂泵柱塞和盘根的润滑问题,我们根据美国道威尔(Dowell)压裂车的气液增压泵的结构原理,加以测绘试制。以便对原压裂车的压裂泵柱塞和盘根的润滑加以改进。经组装测试证明,效果良好。
