以普通投票机为对象,在对其工作方法和控制方法及其流程进行了研究,分析其控制程序对生产效率的影响,采用三菱PLC改进传统投票方式不够智能化的问题,对传统投票设备进行升级。依据PLC的自动控制设计为基本原理,通过对该设备系统的分析确定以FX3U—32MR/DS PLC为主控器,基于GXworks2软件,设计程序采用梯形图编程方式,用顺序控制的设计思路开发控制程序,并逐步分析说明所设计程序运行功能,实现投票机智能化投票的工作,通过对十人投票机及PLC控制的研究,论证PLC控制技术在十人投票机的可行性。
