以FPGA作为主控制器,设计了一种针对遥测数据多通道实时采编电路,通过采用时分采样技术实现了多路模拟信号的实时同步采集。同时针对模拟信号在采集过程中出现的失真现象,对模拟信号在传输过程中出现异常现象进行有效定位分析,并提出改进模拟信号调理的硬件电路设计,优化实时采样控制时序,有效地提高了实时采编系统的采样精度和稳定性,其采样精度达到0.1%。
With FPGA as the main controller, a multi-channel real-time acquisition and editing circuit for telemetry data is designed. Real-time synchronous acquisition of multiple analog signals is realized by using time-sampling technique. At the same time, according to the phenomenon of distortion in the process of analog signal acquisition, the phenomenon of the analog signal transmission in the process of transmission is effectively located and analyzed, and the hardware circuit design to improve the analog signal conditioning is proposed and the real-time sampling control sequence is optimized. Acquisition system of sampling accuracy and stability, the sampling accuracy of 0.1%.
