随着国内建设投资的缩减,导致国内建筑市场竞争更加激烈,工程项目垫资日益膨胀,工程款拖欠率越来越高,资金紧张状况愈发突出,给公司EPC总承包业务的发展带来了前所未有的挑战和困难,同时也给EPC项目资金管理提出了新的课题。如何加强项目资金管理,提高资金使用效率,防范资金风险,保证资金安全,为工程顺利进行提供资金保障,从而推动分公司健康、持续、良性发展。本文就从这一问题出发,重点就国内EPC工程项目资金管理展开分析和探讨。
With the reduction of domestic construction investment, the competition in the domestic construction market has become more fierce. With the increasing inflow of construction funds, the delinquency rate of construction funds is getting higher and higher, and the capital shortage has become more prominent, bringing about the development of the EPC general contracting business of the Company Unprecedented challenges and difficulties, but also to the EPC project fund management has proposed a new topic. How to strengthen the management of project funds, improve the efficiency of capital utilization, guard against capital risks, ensure the safety of funds and provide funds for the smooth progress of projects so as to promote the healthy, sustained and benign development of branch companies. Based on this issue, this article focuses on the analysis and discussion of the capital management of EPC projects in China.
