对40株产1种或1种以上肠毒素的金黄色葡萄球菌(以下简称金葡菌)进行分析,结果全部金葡菌肠毒素A(SEA,12/12)、金葡菌肠毒素C(SEC,19/19)、大部分金葡菌肠毒素B(SEB,23/28)的产生不因质粒的消除而消失,说明SEA、SEC的基因位点在染色体上。有5株金葡菌因质粒消除而失去产SEB的能力,其基因位点,可能在质粒或染色体上。4株金葡菌亦均因质粒消除失去产金葡菌肠毒素D的能力,其基因位点可能在质粒上。
Staphylococcus aureus (hereinafter referred to as Staphylococcus aureus) producing one or more enterotoxins was analyzed. As a result, all Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin A (SEA, 12/12), Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin C (SEA) SEC, 19/19), most of the production of Staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB, 23/28) did not disappear due to the elimination of plasmids, indicating that the genetic loci of SEA and SEC are on chromosomes. Five strains of S. aureus lost their ability to produce SEB due to plasmid depletion, and their loci could be on plasmids or chromosomes. Four strains of Staphylococcus aureus were also able to eliminate the ability of Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin D to lose due to the plasmid, and its gene locus may be on the plasmid.
