目的研究TTC方法检测牛奶中抗菌药物的影响因素,以便准确实施牛奶中抗菌药物的监控。方法采用TTC法对人工配制牛奶中抗菌药物进行检测,观察染菌量、作用时间和温度对TTC法检测结果的影响。结果当牛奶中含菌量≤1×107cfu/ml时,则检测结果受到影响。前处理温度需要达到80℃,有利于TTC法反应。培养时间适宜范围1~2 h,更有利于结果判定。结论 TTC检测法受到介质中含菌量、前处理温度和培养时间的影响。
Objective To study the influencing factors of TTC method for detecting antimicrobial agents in milk so as to accurately monitor the antimicrobial agents in milk. Methods The TTC method was used to detect the antibacterials in the milk of artificial preparation. The effects of the amount of bacteria, the action time and the temperature on the TTC method were observed. Results when the milk containing bacteria ≤ 1 × 107cfu / ml, then the test results are affected. Pre-treatment temperature needs to reach 80 ℃, is conducive to the TTC reaction. Appropriate range of incubation time 1 ~ 2 h, more conducive to the outcome of the decision. Conclusion The TTC method is affected by the amount of bacteria in the medium, the pretreatment temperature and the culture time.
