我县是食管癌高发区。文化大革命以前,由于旧卫生部推行刘少奇的反革命卫生路线,根本没人过问过我县这种严重的疾病。文化大革命砸烂老爷卫生部,卫生战线才开始认真贯彻执行毛主席的革命卫生路线。我县的肿瘤防治研究工作也开展起来了。党中央毛主席对我们这个食管癌高发县非常重视,曾派病因调查团来我县进行过病因调查。这是党中央毛主席对我县人民最大的关怀。县委对这项工作非常重视,为了加强对这个重要工作的领导,县成立了肿瘤防治研究委员会,县卫生局和县科委也经常对这项工作做具体指导。我县的肿瘤防治研究工作坚持走自力更生,开门办科研的道路。我们组织
My county is a high incidence of esophageal cancer.
