从刺参Stichopus japonicus前后消化管、体腔液和表皮上所分离到的359株细菌分别属于弧菌属、假单胞菌属、奈瑟氏球菌属、不动杆菌属、柄杆菌属、黄杆菌属、节杆菌属、微球菌属、黄单胞菌属、棒杆菌属、产碱菌属这十一个主要菌属;57株酵母菌分别属于球拟酵母属、红酵母属、隐球酵母属和德巴利氏酵母属四个属。刺参样品分别于1986年10月至1988年5月采自灵山岛、威海和青岛。 研究表明,刺参肠道微生物的特异性主要体现在后肠,并在其中分离到罕见的Caulobacter属菌株。肠道微生物的组成和生理生化特性,反映出刺参选择性摄取藻类营养的特点。刺参栖居地泥中常见的芽孢杆菌在肠道内很少发现;前肠数量较高的弧菌和假单胞菌在后肠大为消弱。刺参体液对某些细菌有抑制作用,对体内微生物组成与数量有一定调节控制作用。
359 strains of bacteria isolated from the digestive tract, body cavity fluid and epidermis of Stichopus japonicus were respectively belong to Vibrio, Pseudomonas, Neisseria, Acinetobacter, Pediobacterium, Flavobacterium Genus Arthrobacter, Micrococcus, Xanthomonas, Corynebacterium, Alcaligenes are the 11 major genus; 57 yeasts belonging to the genera Saccharomyces, Rhodotorula, Cryptococcus Genus and Debaryomyces four genera. Stichopus japonicus samples were collected from Lingshan Island, Weihai and Qingdao from October 1986 to May 1988, respectively. Studies have shown that the specificity of intestinal microorganisms in the sea cucumber is mainly found in the hindgut, and rare strains of Caulobacter are isolated. Composition and physiological and biochemical characteristics of intestinal microorganisms, reflecting the selective absorption of sea cucumber algae nutrition characteristics. Bacillus commonly found in the sea cucumber rhizome habitat is rarely found in the intestine; Vibrio and Pseudomonas, which have a high number of foregut, are significantly weakened in the hindgut. Atractylodes fluid on some bacteria inhibit the body composition and quantity of microorganisms have a certain regulatory control.
