一、运用经方须遵仲景原意胸痹(病窦综合征)钱某,男,40岁,1977年4月初诊。患者因过劳后复感寒湿,遂感心前区闷痛,恶寒肢冷,眩晕昏仆在地。心电图检查:Ⅰ°房室传导阻滞,心动过缓,心率43次/分。武都地、县医院诊断为病窦综合征。证见心前区闷痛似有物堵塞胸中,气短乏力,眩晕吐唾,恶寒肢冷,舌淡胖,苔白厚,脉弦紧迟,尺大于寸。证属胸阳不振,痰饮上乘,治以宣痹通阳,散寒化浊。方用《金匮》瓜蒌薤白白酒汤:全瓜蒌30克,薤白15克,白酒约60毫升,先煎前2味,后于倾出之药汁中加白酒服之。竟3剂罔效,
